The management of Kolkata airport, specially the lounge manager.... theirs work culture was so poor...They don't know what is the professional behaviour....and I don't why she became a lounge manager who didn't know about food and services...it's very pathetic

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 9-7 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Good work environment and culture. Management is transparent and all staff good .

Same problem in all works pleace. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.there is a bond of one month you cannot resign short notice period cut salary deduction.

The only benefit of working with TFS @ Bangalore is that you'll be working at a International Airport where you might meet multiple personalities every day.

...any limit. This amount will be reimbursed after 30-45 days in your bank account. I used to spend my entire salary for local travel due to job description. 5. They will give you used uniform and deduct it from your salary. 5k deducted from my salary. 6. Culture is worst in terms of QA- Sanjeev Mishra (Con guy and an escapist). 7. Politics driven from HO (Mumbai). 8. There are no working hours for QA. You need to stretch for 12 hours or more almost everyday being a manager.

Mr.G.Jakkannan, Sr. Hr Executive, Accounts department hired a house on rental basis for the employer, Didnot pay the rent for 7 months, also, doing rowdyism after the agreement is over , not vacating the location. Very arrogant employer are working in TFS, Chennai International airport (MAA)
