The flexibility of office hours and timely salary

The most toxic culture I have ever seen.
If you can’t please your manager, they will make your life miserable. Absolutely no trainings and guidance will be given. I would not recommend working here as they mentally torture you some way or the other and nobody takes a stand for the wrong things which have been happening in this office. If you’re not from the travel background, please don’t go as your mental peace will be at stake by the end of a few months.
Also, I have noticed a pattern that they hire people before season and would want them to leave (they won’t say it directly, would rather make your life hell so that you yourself is forced to leave). Managers are biased and unfair.
As of now all good most importantly we are still receiving our salary without any delay especially when we no work at all.
I am talking about more of my salary because as a worker for any one it's difficult to survive without pay so for that I am thankful to our company.
Good environment and teammates are very supportive.
The management is transparent and company policies are also good, appraisals are fair and good salary and bonus is also given every year

In Finance Department Growth is slow for monetary terms as well as for Designation, no promotions. No team outing however it's opposite for other departments.
