Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I worked with Travel care for one year. My overall experience in the Travel care was superb. Here I enhanced my communication skills however I learned a lot and gained bit experience which is beneficial for my future career. The office environment is friendly and nice. The Director of the Company Mr. Kamaldeep Singh is very nice and supportive person. His behaviour for employees is too polite. My co-worker Mr Simranjeet, u r really good👍🏻Keep up the great work!
