The only thing i don't like about the company that's six days working.Atleast works day should be less like 5 days.

It was a great learning for me as it was my first job .

while joining they said 6 months is training but after 6 months the didnt even revived the post or the salary as they said it will be done after 6 months . There is no much incentives.

No guidance, work pressure, no planning for any project, Favoritism. For QA, they don’t give any importance, Never ask for any suggestions, no inclusion in projects n at last if anything happened all blames to QA,

Nothing! Whoever has interviewed or thinking to apply in this company (tbo.com/tek travel/travel boutique online), take this as a warning sign to join any other company but this unless you wanna work in a hell. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Everything! This company is living in past. It has not developed with time and company politics is at highest. Managers have no management skills or understanding towards their team. They’re gonna give you so much work pressure and you’ll be stressed all day. I barely stayed in this company for 4 months and those 4 months they showed their every color. Now that I have left tbo and joined somewhere else I feel way more relaxed and stress free. Again DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY! YOU CAN DO MUCH BETTER! THIS COMPANY IS HELL!
