There is nothing much to like. Salary is great but the amount of work you do is too much even that salary is not worth it.

Dislikes

Training was too poor. Freshers are expected to work as experienced. Toxic environment to work with. If you share your views about the work with manager they take it in a negative way. They make everyone do sales even if you are from another department. Nobody is happy to work. People leaving jobs every weeks. The worst company to work with.

Nothing even I would say that they are thugs of India and they are just spoiling career of people.

I was interviewed here initially HR said me that my package would be 9 LPA but after I cleared all the interview process they said me that your interviews were superb and management is highly impressed by you. But Currently we are a startup and we cannot afford 9 LPA can you join at 3 LPA. WORST COMPANY FRAUD COMPANY

Salary is the ony good part about this job but that also comes with a catch (read my dislikes for full story).

... authorities to investigate about employment laws because this is simply insane. "But we do provide good compensation". Earning a good compensation does not equate to violating someone's work life balance to it's absolute core. The company tries to justify this by stating "You are considering joining a startup". Well, why are you punching so above your weight that you have to force your employees to work that long? If you can't handle the pressure of projects yourself then don't take themselves in the first place. It's just a bunch of excuses to make people believe that paying money will solve anything. Now we talk about the leadership and culture. In my experience, if your immediate supervisor is good then it can make the experience a little bearable but that does not take away from the fact that the top management is absolutely clueless. Their behaviour is rude and they are the ones who are hampering the culture. So to wrap it all up, if you only care about money and don't have family and friends and mental health to care about so go ahead and join the company otherwise, STAY AWAY.

Nothing absolutely .. In the name of start-up they are exploiting people big time.. there are alot many other start ups as well.. if you compare you won't find any other even close to the toxicity that TravClan has

Everything.. The toxic culture Favouritism Childish approach Punishment form of getting work done. School environment with teacher principle and students No grown ups thing could be seen .. Jealousy.. All the youth is busy impressing their managers and counter parts..

It is a nice place to learn if you’re ambitious and want to grow as fast as you can. People here are nice and supportive and will be nice to you.

Dislikes

The work timings and work days are very hectic and there is no job security at Travclan.
