Company and job security is good compare to hiring and firing companies in the Market. Work culture is also good. Management is also good and understand the employee aspects. Company policies are also good. But some are old apart from that it is good company for some who wants to build their career long.

Team mates are good even though some competencies between them. Only thing which is lacking is most dependency and partiality on someone and giving importance for them from the account managers. Second thing is if some one wants to leave your organization for career growth please respect them and give some importance for their post exit engagements rather than just don't let them get embarrassed after leaving your organization.
