...this to be a rant! This company is terrible. Please look to work someplace else. Don't get lured by the decent salary package. They (the founders) will be breathing down your neck constantly.. Nobody is happy here. All are counting days and are looking to exit. Most of the developers leave just after clocking 12 months, that tells a lot about the company.

Dislikes

As I said, there is everything to dislike about this company. Constant micro management will take a toll on your mental peace. They would be willing to track every second of your time if they could. The projects are terrible (mostly meaningless frontend changes). The numbers of the company is also terrible and I am pretty sure the founders also know that the company is going under and are involved in money laundering and filling their own pockets. I wouldn't want you to not believe me and find out yourselves.

This company offers zero job security, meaning you could be fired at any moment without proper justification. One of the biggest red flags is the lack of proper training. Instead of equipping employees with the necessary knowledge and skills, they expect new hires to figure things out on their own. Then, to make things worse, they conduct unfair and non-standard tests after you've already joined. The criteria for these tests are vague, and failure—no matter how small—can result in immediate termination. This creates a toxic work environment where employees are constantly in fear of losing their jobs rather than focusing on productivity and growth. There is no transparency, no support, and no sense of stability. If you value your career and mental well-being, I would strongly advise against working here. There are far better companies that treat their employees with respect and provide genuine opportunities for growth.

TranZact is a career graveyard disguised as a company. My exit was a masterclass in corporate malice, not a professional transition. After a calculated delay, they attempted to retroactively reclassify my resignation as a termination – a blatant act of bad faith designed to tarnish my reputation. Their communication was a Kafkaesque nightmare, a maze of evasion and outright lies. This isn't just unprofessional; it's predatory. Forget work-life balance; you'll find only relentless exploitation and a 'hire and fire' culture that treats employees as disposable cogs. Every promise, every assurance, must be in writing. They will betray you without hesitation if it suits their agenda. TranZact doesn't build careers; it systematically dismantles them. Steer clear if you value your professional integrity and mental well-being.

Nothing to like as they dont listen to their Junior, they have blind trust on their so called seniors.

Poor Work Culture, No Job Security, No Work Life Balance, No1 is there to listen you / understand what you want to say. Over Confident Team Manager Jo khud to Duba but Bakiyon ki Nayya bhi bina vajah duba di.

Worst Company Culture. Not Hearing Junior's Problems/Issues. Manager Level People(Sales) are very Rude & Unprofessional & Egoistic. You can't balance work & personal life.
