Good for freshers to start a career as they are always ready to appoint a fresher in low pay scale. Staff here is good friendly.

Dislikes

Salary hike is not upto mark.If you are planning to join go ahead with a good package as after joining progress of salary and promotion will be not upto mark.

Everything in this organisation is good at the mark, I'm looking forward to change of my company because of current company asked me to change of location which I'm not not interested.

One of the best private companies in the shipping industry to work for where its more of a family culture and every one is given equal opportunity to grow with the company. Self joined as a Executive in 2000 and rose to the top position in the unit that I was serving over a span of 13 years.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike, it was just a break that I needed after working for 13 years in the group.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
