Salary & other benefits are good.

I am extremely disappointed with the senior managers of GFSS department at this company. They consistently dispaly a lack of leadership skills, communication, & decision making abilities. They seem to be more concerned with their own personal agenda & ego than the sucess of the team. They fails to provide clear direction & support, often leaving employees feelings lost & unsupported. Seems they have behavioural issues. Oveall, I would not recommend working under the leadership of these senior managers in Transunion GFSS department.

Flexible timing you can manage work life balance only when you do work from home. One can get good job security here. You can get more works in to do list so no need to worry about sitting idle or in bench.

The tech stack is quite old and there is not much effort being made to upgrade the cose base.. The attitude for tech update here is more reactive than proactive.. This in turn hampers personal growth

Nothing good at this company. They will make use of hardworkers and do nothing for them. Complete politics by Indian managers. If you work with some cheap Indian managers got into this company by luck, then you are done.

...rience, decent compensation and promotion when compared to 3 years experience. - This company keep 10 years experienced hardworkers with same salary and promotion compared to 3 years. - what could be the reason for this. Clearly it is a mistake of management whatever reasons might be behind. Just seeing a 10 years getting more than or equal to 3 - 5 years. Is this justified or correct? - if you ask why then they will say they have luck and you are showing attitude. Asking for reason is an attitude where I worked for years but those who doesn't know what is in the system and not showing any smart or hardwork is equal and paid equally. - Finally, it is just full of politics by cheap Indian managers namely Sanilnath, Sreejith Bharathan in that organization. - I have to bring some light on them actually, they are from a vendor company with no management background. What they have to show is to deliver result to TRANSUNION and they will use hardworkers for this but when client offer FTE to all vendor resources then everyone become good workers for them. - Even TransUnion management don't have brain at all and they should think how a hardworker for years with 10+ experience can be equally paid for 3 years and sitting next to him in same team. No brain less people do this and yes management under Pat Nieman had done this. - If TU managment really have guts, they have review how was the FTE transition done. Have they considered exployees experience, what compensation in Indian company, how technical they are good. - Not based on just how cheap Indian managers rate them. Just think how these Indian managers from vendor company show original rating of vendor resources who just run 50 percent workforce for just billing. By luck these febile experience resources will at on-site it doesn't means that all resource back at offshore is not good and equal.
