Flexible timing you can manage work life balance only when you do work from home. One can get good job security here. You can get more works in to do list so no need to worry about sitting idle or in bench.

Dislikes

...veryday so that you can't met the deadline and blamed for the delay on delivery. Company tied up with vendors who gave good salary for the contract workers compare to you work here as a permanent employee.

-Salary on time -there are many benefits given to you by Transunion but nothing is received by user end

No work life balance.. people are working for 14 hours per day. Manager and senior manager have a cheap mind set to bring out slavery in a corporate. Toxic environment to work.

Apart from salary everything is not even better .manager politics ,toxic work culture ,biased management ,HR least to bother even when complaint .even complaining to chennai business head will not make correction in the management .rewards and recognition are purely based on favoritism . Which can open seen on the floor .

Team-mates are supportive and management is transparent. Appraisals are fair, leave policy and encashment every year is a added bonus..

Dislikes

The tech stack is quite old and there is not much effort being made to upgrade the cose base.. The attitude for tech update here is more reactive than proactive.. This in turn hampers personal growth
