...re. Teammates and Seniors are very Supportive and the Management is Transparent.Company Policies are Good, Appraisals are Good and they Give Bonus every year. My overall Experience was very Great with Transsion Holdings.

Initially when company started everything was good, but slowly it became Top driven companies. Only few people dictate terms , people sitting in HQ are God's, people generating revenue are given no importance.

Lack of Communication, Unfair Pay No Job Security Under Appreciation Favoritism Overworked Micromanagement Incompetent Managers No Opportunity for Advancement Overbearing Boss

...e on Sunday also..no matter company pays you overtime but this could be hectic..salary is decent but growth is constan here.

Unwanted torcher by reporting manager, Unwanted pressure during medical leave . Salary Deduction in the period of medical leave . No control on pricing No team support Only PRIMARY base , No team for sellout No time limit for Expance .
