when i was worked there job security is not good or not bad these are balanced but i like to work culture and management are also good .

not travel conveince are there and salary are never be growth but i learned some working skill there work enviornment are good from my opinion.

Good work environment and culture .teammates are supportive and the mangement is transparent .

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the mangement does not address our issues salary is decent but carreer growth is slow

...re. Teammates and Seniors are very Supportive and the Management is Transparent.Company Policies are Good, Appraisals are Good and they Give Bonus every year. My overall Experience was very Great with Transsion Holdings.

In this company has good environment but we are talking about salary is not admirable. You have to just compromise with yourself. But lots of knowledge you have learned form this company

In that environment most of people like seniors show attitude castism as well.

Initially when company started everything was good, but slowly it became Top driven companies. Only few people dictate terms , people sitting in HQ are God's, people generating revenue are given no importance.

Lack of Communication, Unfair Pay No Job Security Under Appreciation Favoritism Overworked Micromanagement Incompetent Managers No Opportunity for Advancement Overbearing Boss
