As a budding startup it has given voice to all of us. We are encouraged to share bad news before the good news. Learning opportunities are many as there is no hiding of IP from developers. In fact some of the developers took advantage of openness and stole IP from the company. I think company places too much trust on employees. Good for employees but bad for the company.

Dislikes

...w what was the problem with the organization but most employees did not like it. To be fair on company work time was also reduced with the reduction in salary.

Likes

Lot of opportunities to wok. But for the benefit of the company. Not for personal or employee benefit.

Dislikes

No Work life balance, need to work even on Saturday and Sundays. No future growth of employee. No stability and job security. The organisation is not at all concerned about the employees.
