If i talk about dislikes, everything there becomes so toxic within one year after changing of management. Micromagament in teams become so common and it feels like headache to work. Managers have different level of favouritism with some employees, that if you are working day and night, they are gonna blind during appraisals and promotions. Secret relationship is also in trend now a days and employee got promotion within one year of sh** work without any previous experience, while people with 2/3 years of experience with previous 2 years of experience are still waiting for their promotions. Overall, dont expect anything from this company, no support, no appraisal nothing.

Only job security because they want cheap salary candidates.

Very poor CTC as compared to market standards zero sensitiveness towards tech retaining and tech hiring candidates, Good for fresher up to 2 years. No WFH, No Cab Facility, QBonus since they mix up to Bonus and CTC hence giving poor CTC. They don't want employees to stay long in the company if the employee does, gives very poor CTC.

I like working in transperfect mostly because of work environment, supportive colleagues, motivating manager, importantly management listens to the suggestions and views

Compensation could be improved, transportation is not provided

Because You have to work 10 - 12 hrs work instead of 8hrs.

Micromanagement is their and after the change in management terrible things are happening like 1.Manager only focuses on their favourite co-workers and they will ignore your every single efforts. 2. When you complain about manager to higher management, they will warn your manager and instead of changing on positive note, your manager will start ignoring you and eventually it will affect your work and mental health. 3. No matter how hard you try, promotion will be given to the spoon feeding employeesor favourite employees who doesn't even know basic level of work. 4. No chance of growth, no learnings, even if you try to suggest anything they will don't listen to you. 5. Manager holds grudges and treats you like you mean nothing to organisation. 6. No value for your work, quality
