Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Too much work pressure, financial week, technically very good at thermal engineering, detailed engineering slightly weaker. High quality product, I get travel to many countries.site service is very prompt. Like family culture in the organization.

Dislikes

Because of financial issues salaries not regular. Too much pressure to complete the projects inn time with less budget.
