Good team and working environment Salary and appraisals on time Great for work life balance, work from home given if in dire requirement

Crass politics in mid and senior level management Employees keep pulling down each other instead of working as a team Older team members (by age) frown upon younger, well paid employees and feel threatened by their work efficiency

Dislikes

They don't know the meaning of Work-life balance. Sometimes people work for more than 10-11 hours. They don't even spare employees on Saturdays and holidays.
