The owner is very rude and fights with employees on daily basis, no proper management of work, no job security he use to say employees (laate mar k bahar nikal sakta hu), no personal life is possible as client gives call any time on daily basis, and if we miss the call we are making blamed of making losses to the company. No innovation possible as employer is too narrow minded.

Dislikes

I dislike the work culture, the owner's behavior, his comments on personal life, even after we left the job he is interfering with the present job, no timely salary.
