They don't remove people who don't perform and keep giving them chances which can get frustrating, to work with some useless people.

Likes

It's an organization that's a way of life and a long-term view of building your life, not a career. It's an organization in the making, so there is a lot of scope to build something bigger and better than yourself. The spiritual aspect is what makes it beautiful and helps evolve oneself individually.

Dislikes

The clarity expected in an otherwise job isn't available because TransGanization works on living organizations and in live scenarios, it's not consulting. So, one has to have a high EQ and IQ to be able to manage the elasticity and dynamism of the the organization.

Likes

The thoughtful connection of spiritual knowledge to the life sciences and ultimately to management science is truly wonderful. It helps us to look into live from a totally wonderful perspective and ultimately thrive in the world.

Dislikes

The over utilization of certain middle management in the organization sometimes leads to undesired and unsatisfactory outcomes.

1. the reporting manager doesn't even know what work goes on at the execution level except forming a new sheet everyday which gets lost, manager ko uselessness saabit k alawa kuch nahi aata, hawa mein baat karna, bina facts k jaane kuch bhi bolta h, thinks others are fool except him, doesn't even respect any one especially women 2. no scope of work defined 3. any day you can come up with any expertise to work on without any background knowledge 4. breaking trust in employees and clients through mediocre designated consultants with zero prior experience 5. providing so-called best HR practices without having their own HR-designated personnel. 6. 4 HRs resigned on my term 7. khud ka process pata nahi, dusron ka thik karna without knowing ki thik kya karna h. I would have added a relatable meme here but I think you understood the sarcasm. 8. maximum time to isi mein jaata hi ki meeting mein kya hoga 9. and phir next meeting mein kya hoga 10. there wasn't an option to give negative stars in the above ratings 11. company saara paisa kahan daalti h yeh bhi ek raaz h 12. training k naam par they turn gurus and give lessons of life which they only don't practice especially the people who are dearest to them. IYKYK 13. point khatam nhi hua h but I have other meaningful things to do
