This company really helps me to learn a lot and these supervisors are ready to give freedom to interact with other staff members. Company's approach towards each and every grade of staff members are as consider as equal. This was the main reason that I am very free to ask any technical doubts. Still, for sure we will felt like, the knowledge that we gained so far, is not enough within our 1 year of Apprentice Trainee. Utilize each and every opportunities in learning all basic Engineering works that are performing in every section as soon as possible.

Work is not challenging, and we need to experience more than what we had experienced in TELK. This is not a drawback, since we have more time to study other courses parallelly.

The company is a JV between NTPCL and Kerala Gov. It's a great platform to explore your talents. You had both production as well as design and analysing sections. The company manufactures power transformers right from the scratch. Major clients are KSEB, NTPCL, TS Transco,MEIL and so on.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
