...s personal work. All the money in company is shared by md and his family people. Never join this company with any salary they offer ask they may start threatening you later saying they will write bad in your releaving letter . Never ever join they should be punished for doing this to employee.

Super toxic work environment, been working for many weekends without pay because the client is not willing to pay because of TIDC WONDERFUL performance.Getting calls at 4am sometimes and indirectly insulted in meetings for not picking it up.Meeting is everyday for minimum 40mins(Micro management), unrealistic deadlines which are not met and then blamed for that.Discrimination between outsiders.Blame games among client and TIDC because of big lag in project.Their whole system at fault , they hire freshers that too on contract basis on less pay than permanent one and then after seeing the atmosphere here they leave which make the project suffer and on other hand some people contract was extended but not made permanent daying that your not upto the mark, atleast 3-4 leads left infront of me in 3-4 months because of the atmosphere.After getting more project managers still they are lagging behind.If you wish to make career in aerospace,that too in software department I highly recommend to avoid it or forget mental peace.

Transdigm Golbal is not taking care of the India division, they are managed by EX-armed force people who do not have any experience in product development and product support in Hardware and also in software, of course they have no intention to support big mechanical projects fear of failure in management is visible , they don't have fire to take up big project owner ship

I worked at Transdigm india ( TIDC ) and Telair Internatinal and Very good leadership management. Transdigm india india is very good place to work. recognize talent and appreciate extra efforts. the products are pretty awesome cargo aircraft system.
