Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Transcorp Hilton, Abuja is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact I'm part of the team that maintain and repairs of equipment, installation of all electrical equipment as well as other things related to engineering work.

They don't consider employee who resigned without any bad record for re appointment when he/she wishes to apply to come back like all other organisation
