...od. The timings are also flexible which is a good thing. Compensations are less. Better to ask for good package during interview itself because the hikes are not that satisfactory.

A few company politics keep happening but you would sustain if you have friendly communication with key people at office. The processes are still getting streamlined so have patience (: Overall it's fine to join the company, would definitely not be a bad choice.

Likes

Transcend is a small company with good values and direction. The company provides opportunities to learn/experiment latest technologies and learn a lot about financial domain. Its client base is growing. Its culture makes people feel they are part of one family.
