They give contract copy without signed or stamped. After employees join, they violate all contract terms like allowance, probation period, work profile. No proper team work. Poor management system and not organised. No career growth and No appraisals. Politics by management employees. They don't pay Consultant charges who recruit candidates for them. No employee welfare, No support given to employees in any situations. They are not serious about invest on employees and team building. Purely profit making and Commercial company at any cost.
