No Apprisal Salary Increament No apprisal Policy will work its only written in paper but actually not working. I am working here since last 15month and asked about the increament but not got received yet They have replied dont have sufficient budget to get it increase

It's small company so youbhave a great opportunity to understand the whole software cycle on micro level also you can construct everything from scratch.

There dependency on limited resources. And legacy infra, they still work on VMs. Nonplan to shift on latest technologies
