Very cheap politics by senior developers (Android - Dot Net - DB -Java ) and they are controlling the company.

The Work pressure is high. Some times i have to work 12- 14 hrs. Managers do not value an unique strengths. Also there is no job training for freshers which is pains some times

Th company belongs to Financial domain and growing rapidly. The Management values individual's unique strengths and is open to consider& implement all the team members innovative ideas and suggestions.Most of the team members are young and energetic, we work happily in collaboration. I love the fact that all our management meet each of us personally, know the each & every small issues we face and sort in an easy way.

Dislikes

There is no on-job training for freshers, hense we need to guide them, which makes work delay sometimes.The work pressure is very high
