my job role here as a process associate role from 2013.still now company not get any opportunity to grow my career up and Not increase my job designation..I join here as because I have to grow my career in my study(b-tech in CSE)as a software developer role..but company not give the right opportunity to me...worst experience ever...

Lack of career growth,not to switch other domain if the employee performance is good,salary structure is very very poor...

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is on time, as from my experience of last 4 years....

Salary is too low compared to your job role/designation... Also not get paid for any over time shift or extra time... You will have 12 holidays in a year but office will remain open in these days untill there is a holiday.... You will either get comp. off (Maximum time, also in Saturday only) or extra pay for one day if you work in these holdays...

Management is not good..no growth.. Filled with unprofessional element ..people just having trophy position salary structure is poor.with negligible increment. The company is for brownnoser ..It will be a govt job for them

All my seniors and Managers are really supportive and helped me to understand the initiative initially. At Tranistics, the work-life balance is very good but no opportunity to on-site.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.
