Safe Bike and Car Parking, Washrooms are cleared, Sitting arrangements are good enough, WiFi is working as expected. Safety and security of the Employees is good enough.

Dislikes

No work life balance as you have to work all 7 days. Salary hike & promotion is only for the Bootlickers. Job security is zero as they have said to many employees "Don't come from tomorrow". You can't develop your Skills and don't try to learn new things as you might look out for new company/jobs, which will become loss for them as they might get paid from the client for you. Work satisfaction is also zero, because you can't do whatever you like and you have to work according to them even if it is downgraded your skills.
