Company wants you to move back and forth to different areas, and the pay is not enough. If they treated their employees better, maybe they would stay. Management needs to learn how to talk to the employees. Also they lied about the experience pay, Temps get paid more than the permanent people. And the company is not climate controlled, they say that to get you there.

Good hike while joining. Office is located in city center but the tech park is not good. People from Finance onshore team will support when needed.

...LL THE TALK ABOUT EMPLOYEE CARE BY HR AND LEADERSHIP TEAM IS JUST A RHETORIC. There are NO benefits apart from salary. No cab No night shift allowance No internet reimbursement No allowance for home office set-up Too many terms and conditions in insurance policy Outdated laptops and poor quality headphones (At a time when the office is planning to call employees back the HR shamelessly says they are still working on Home Office set up benefits/allowance. What where they doing for the last 1 year 9 months? Instead of lying HR could have simply said that the company does not have any plan to provide such benefit.)

Nothing much to say except maybe less work for sales function

Dislikes

Petty politics, terrible sales leaders, even country head gets replaced unceremonious, irrespective of effort everyone is rewarded almost at the same level, favouritism, narrow mentality sales leadership. My advice: do not go unless you are being offered a leadership position
