...r all the applicants that please don’t work on contract basis with this company. Because they will not inform you about the update of your contract whether it will be extended or you will be taken on permanent role until and unless you won’t ask to your reporting manager. I personally have a bad experience on being contract with this organisation my last working day was on 06/03/2024 as per contract, i came to know about this when i ask to my reporting manager about the update of my contract. There is no professionalism in the process of overheads analyst ap/ar. I am still suffering to get job just because the company has not updated me about my contract Priorly. When i took initiative dated on 01/02/2024 that time i came to know that my as per my contract the last working day will be on 06/03/2024 so there is no Professionalism.

Complex work. Great place to learn a niche job like commodity physical trading. Good bonus and salary.

Toxic work environment. Management shifting from meritocracy to personal politics. No work life balance. Promotions are random.

You get ocassional chance to travel to offices in geneva or Singapore. Bonus used to be good until last year.

There is a hug internal politics in GCM team. Many people have left there job in this department due to the internal politics. And now all are facing to get new opportunities. I would like to inform people who is looking for a job opportunity in trafigura please don’t accept offer in GCM team. Manager itself can’t take major decisions always take advice from the period who are playing bad politics with the team mate. The name of the person is Clamentina she is a person because of which the GCM team people are leaving the job
