Nothing to likes. Management is very reluctant. Lala ji like company.

Dislikes

... learn here. HODs are lethargic. No one want to complete the task. No increment. No hike in salary for 2-3 years. No lunch facilities. Heavy parking expenses. Tax is high. No info about company is available in web world. Hush Hush activity. No projects in hands. Very sweets while talking but don't buy it. Check balance sheet in public domain - no a good figures are there. Interest in sales and supply but not a good cos. to deliver projects to end customers. Use a stop gap working and enjoy. Don't take seriously the job if you wants to join.

...all everyone sir sir sir....when time comes for increment...they show banana....they give salary on time

1. They are mysterious in opening new companies and shutting down may be to show themselves bankrupt 2. They mostly bribe Government officials to get job 3. They siffon all the profit to their Dubai branch and show loss on India account 4. They have no work from home 5. No leave encashment 6. They take long to settle FnF...some cases they took 6 months 7. They love to hold employees money 8. They don't pay suppliers on time 9. They use project payments for their own irrational project and to maintain their lavish lifestyle.. 10. They hold employees money 40k-4 lacs to pay their residence maintenance of 6 lacs per month

This is a use and through company. Like this company I never ever seen in my job life career. After a project completed they indirectly forcefully asked to me for resignation from my job and told me ,"sorry for now no future project in our hand ".

There is always a strong and positive environment while meeting the top man and afterwards nothing progress.

Dislikes

No work culture,no decision making authority, planning without delegation of job responsibilities,no job security,no transparency between management and staffs,highly demotivated environment, deduction and delay in paying salaries and compensation,no career advancement program,no long term objective and realisation plan of the organisation.
