Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Penalty imposed, poor environment, one person rule on you. Management says whatever in his mind even you are the victim. If the you get mtm difference then you are most terrible person for this company, they say you did knowingly. CEO will say you are the servant of this company, i will pay someone else and hire better person than you.

As a fresher salary is good , nothing else good

Dislikes

No any job security is there when ever there mood swing management or owner will fire you that's not matter from how long you are work / how is ur work record / they just fire you, and also there is nothing to learn in company you just need come to office daily just punch the order what they said that's it.
