Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The company has a very friendly working atmosphere with cooperative team mates. I have gained various knowledge about export import business policy & procedures here.. Also experienced the innovative ideas of making profits of a company by having the liberty of working by my own rules & technics..

Compensation & growth of salary is very slow & low.. The work pressure remains high throughout the whole year.. No other benefit except of 1 month bonus in a year. No reward or award or any achievement is provided in this company.. Company has no different designation or specific department for their employees.. Company management authority is less educated than other employees..
