There is nothing to be liked about them but many things to hate and disgrace them

Dislikes

They have not given salary to their employees. And also they lay off employees within 30-40 days of work as well as they make the employees scapegoat of their own mistakes. Their management is the worst and the sales head is rubbish as well as CEO ,HR are cheaters and the only person who cares for business is The MD but he doesn't gives salary. So don't go don't work. If you are opting to work here . Please ask them that they have given salary to their old employees or not?.

Very pathetic experience of working in this company... They don't even allow employees to connect with each other and ask employees to work from home.... They give you offer letter and without providing proper training, they ask employees to start working and once they employees is about to complete his 15 days work, they immediately fire you by giving completely senseless reason so they don't have to pay anything... If you are considering join this organisation, keep in mind all these points, it's a completely fraud company

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
