0 Job security 0 means 0 They will hire you on high package, Will use your skills to educate their low budget people and then find some way to fire you. They treat their employees like labour. And my suggestion then please ask for Saturdays off because initially they will say it's off and after some time they will say work is pending and will give you multiple excuses so that you must have to work on Saturdays.

- When it comes to junior employees they follow strict timelines of 9 Hours but when it comes to HODs & Senior Employees they leave office in middle of the day. - When it comes to asking for WFH they give only to those who are their fav employees. - HR policies are very poor, not at all employee friendly. - Senior Leadership team shouts on the poor facilities staff for small small things, the culture is very bad.

Tractor Junction is a great company to work with, I constantly find myself learning new things, working with experienced people at a company with a great vision towards the future. Tractor Junction is empowering employees to unlock their abilities and creative side.

Tractor Junction is a place where creativity is respected. You are free to share any idea if you have, and if it's good it will be heard by the management and executed. In many organizations, department change is a very lengthy process but not here, if you are deserving you will get your desired department.

As it is my first job, I have learned a lot form my seniors and manager. Tractor Junction has helped me develop my skills a lot.
