The company is open to innovation and readliy adopts latest technology.I love the fact that i am part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.As a result,i get to travel abroad,especially to Brussels and Netherlands.But on site travel is completely dependent on your project and client location.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths,which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.Also ,there is no on job training for freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step ,which is a pain sometimes.

They pay good salary at par with market norms and salary gets credited by 4th of every month if you are employed at home office.

Dislikes

The worst company to work with in terms of job security and growth. Everything is based on billable man-hrs and it will be difficult to get the billable man-hrs easily from the Project Managers. Work life balance is not there and even though it's 5 day a week working, most of them have to keep working for 6 or 7 days.

Nothing, only salary comes on time and medical insurance of every employee as per Gov. rule.

Dislikes

... ask you to resign between your contract period so there is no job security.....Although your contract period is not finished company have full right to terminate you at any time, and also there is no salary increment, so Tracctebel is a very Un-Professional company and the company is very selfish he only looking for own interest, Learning is zero you will use your own knowledge only no one will help you in enhancing your knowledge, So I totally do not refer to anyone to join this company.

Management hear only site manager.not other employees. No regular salary increment ( I got only two increment in nearly 5 years) At site there are no proper working hour for employees. RCM order any time to visit site .

Very late salary part Very poor system to deliver INR part credit in time. Even not paying USD part when going on rotional leave,as belive 15 days RL considering the earned leave and emplyee should get the full payment
