Very less wedge are provided, No proper increment, No career growth opportunity for the employees, proper papers and documentation are not given to employees, no sick leave, no yearly leave period provided. Wedges are calculated as per days of attendance. Even after being present in office the management decides to wipe out salaries of few days of almost every month that too without informing the employee.
