Salary on time. Depends upon your project manager. If your PM is good then you can learn a lot.

Office politics is too much. Some times due to poor management of higher management , the politics in office is too much. No technical work or technical knowledge.they will always focus on speedy work with low quality and zero technicality. You can't learn too much if your manager is not good and not supportive.

Its a good company where there is good work for a freshers . The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. One of the plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collabration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Sometimes i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late in to night.
