Micromanagement. People who have no management skills are in management positions. No leadership skills in these people, but they've been given a lot of responsibility. Toxic culture where regionalism plays a huge part "Let's wrap this up by EOD" culture. No planning. It's all about pushing the fix the very same day. Leads to burnout Good people but they are leaving fast. Have to go to office EVERYDAY for "cross team collab" even if your entire team is in a different city. Archaic thoughts and ideas from the top leadership Going to IPO from 2018. More of a retention tool than anything

I like to do working with tracelink becouse all over employees and my team leader always support to me and I am very happy 😊

In my experience I don't feel nerves so I don't have any queries about dislike

* Unrealstic tight deadlines * No proper KT plan to understand the vast and complex system. Sharing few wiki pages and couple of videos don’t help new joiner to understand the insides and design of the systen
