Disgusting work culture, higher management don't listen and mold the policy as per there will, salary is not up to mark, performance bonus is given at August which is 5 months delay, company always try to give you less rating so that it can take your hard earning salary

The HR are worst . Don't have a pay structure. GET get much more salary than a 7 years experience person. Senior get more salary than a junior. This is some kind of comedy happening in Tata power .

No Proper hikes. salary deductions are more, almost 35 % salary is deducted every month from salary. Management is worst especially abap team. Simply I can say that its a school not an office. Its not an office for professionals, especially in IT department.

Don't join TPSODL. Higher Management don't know how to manage the situation they push you for all your fault. HR policies don't have starting and ending. CTC and take home salary hell and Haven difference. Management given less Rating like P1 & P2 so your deducted performance pay not you get.
