Work culture is very good. Here all serious & organisation very supportive if you have any medical related issue.

Dislikes

Here the salary of freshers is more, the salary of people with 5 to 8 years experience is less than that of experienced people. We were hired by third party agencies, they said that we can provide you only this much, we also thought it is okay, it is Tata, let's join, after coming good, we saw that GET people are taking more salary than experienced people. So everyone has become very demotivated, the management should think about this. Thank you

...olicy not add all facilities and services benefit cut from TPNODL HR department. Only salary based working TPNODL.

Company is known for its job security and a friendly work environment. It has a numerous holidays and ample number of annual leaves are provided.

Dislikes

salary is very poor, they disguise package's flexible and variables. The HR is very deceptive regarding leave policies and in terms of salary packages. reporting managers tend to frown up if you ask for your desired holiday. you are highly underpaid and the growth is slow here. sometimes the working hours are more than you would expect which might make you feel why are in in such a low paying job.

Learning is good. Team is supportive. Management is worst.

Management is worst. No policy at all, they can deduct your salary. Whenever they want to deduct. Even the CTC is also not a constant amount you offered with (deduct from CTC as well) Appraisal is totally depend on politics (they call it as bell curve)

...anently appointment they just post us under local company as BA outsource staff. I don't have any benefit, with a little salary. And also we ware forced to over work with low salary and extra time.
