Here the salary of freshers is more, the salary of people with 5 to 8 years experience is less than that of experienced people. We were hired by third party agencies, they said that we can provide you only this much, we also thought it is okay, it is Tata, let's join, after coming good, we saw that GET people are taking more salary than experienced people. Company is known for its job security and a friendly work environment. It has a numerous holidays and ample number of annual leaves are provided.

salary is very poor, they disguise package's flexible and variables. The HR is very deceptive regarding leave policies and in terms of salary packages. reporting managers tend to frown up if you ask for your desired holiday. you are highly underpaid and the growth is slow here. sometimes the working hours are more than you would expect which might make you feel why are in in such a low paying job....Read More
