Here the salary of freshers is more, the salary of people with 5 to 8 years experience is less than that of experienced people. We were hired by third party agencies, they said that we can provide you only this much, we also thought it is okay, it is Tata, let's join, after coming good, we saw that GET people are taking more salary than experienced people. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

HOD/Head gives opportunity only to his favourite employees. In few cases 2-3 people from Balasore got P5 repeatedly for last 3 years by the same reporting officer. They get everything i.e- training at Bombay/delhi, quarterly award, every kind of certifications, inspection across India. Management needs to identify those & to have aproper check, if they genuinely deserve those performance rating. Few employees are making only ppt for Hod/ Head & get p5. Admin in Every Divisions are enjoying their Job. Behavior of Division Admins are getting worse. Management should start audit on admins Actual Bill Vs Bills Submitted by them. They are associated in many activities that I don't want to write here.
