Excellent wrk station and good experience In that store they given good knowledge towards in toys I learned so many things know abt toys and Service for customer satisfaction. Good supportive Manager and DM.

Good salary, but be cautious on diduction as all the deductible are from our net salary

There is a politics and favouritism, as the 2 of them who are in recruiting panel selects just for namesake as many are interview ed just because are shortlisted from HO at Kerala and want to record as they are not suitable and makes some issue against them after joining and ensure they are get rid of and they maksuer that Thier ex colleague or staffs from previous organizations are recruited. And the head doesn't cummunicate to store manager bit to the staff whom they bought from other place . Like wise in every store they have for collecting information Average life of store manager in toyrus is hardly 6 months only
