The company is open to innovation. I love the fact that I am part of a team that high quality products. Another plus point is that my colleagues are very friendly and also helpful. My officers are very much interest to teach new methods and technology. We not worked as a employee and we will be like a family.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.

Company is best one, the employee benefits are realy good and major benefit is everyone is treated equally, even the directors sits along the staff in admin building, there are no cabins.
