Dislikes

Too much work load, work life balance in not good, not able to take C-off due to workload and after 60 days it would be leps. No over time for extra/ extended duty.

No technical skills improvement, good money but everything is not the money, continues torturing for business of parts from service engineers, if engineer,s duty is selling then Toyota should hire a MBA qualified employees in service engineer post, imaginary parts and contract prices and every year increase in price list, target's increase with high percentage and for salary hike they have only 5-8 percentage for average, chatukarita works for appraisal, too much reports and don't need actual projections they want more than target projections, they don't want reality they want show off so they can show off to upwards

...nisation this a hell for a individual. They piss you off for a sales and orders. Zero work life balance Zero job security Zero development No future You will never get a work, salary satisfaction. No growth. You will mentally harassed here. You you want to decrease your life's years and if you want to become older faster then it's good to join. I'll will never recommend this organisation for any one who want to achieve something in life... Pls don't join.
