physically and mentally you tired while doing this job, and salary is way less compared to workload.

Safety and environment policies are good. Leaders good and supportive. About pay scale they should improve and should give accomodations like pf and esi for the trainee also, from that trainee also feels safe.

Management doesn'nt address our issue, after the contract if trainee was good in work they should hire for the company, they ashould also give incentives like pf and esi for the trainee also.

I would like to tell about training..apprentiship tainees are not having a sufficient training about process i;e (sequence operation process)they don't have a good training..and all are in good condition to work in tkm and now a days work pressure is more..tq u.

The campany is too good for training and there had good technology ,so easy to travel ,thre is lot of secure for life for employees.

The company is gaven too low salary and main thing is there is no growth career
