It is one of the best GD engine&auto parts manufacturer in india.Good salary and lunch. Trainees lern so much information's are there. Iam working in block line .GL&TL'S are very supportive & friendly.

Nothing is likable in the company but the project which was executed by us that was very challenging and thought me lots of things.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. The work environment is very bad. Salary is not given timely. Not appreciate the hard work. No self life.

Discipline, timing, responsible, culture,food,salary, gaining knowledge, everything is good I have very good experience as a 1 year trainee

I think no dislike but one thing you have to interview trainee for permanent role

The company looks after employees very well interns of compensation and benifits. Company has paid salary and hike during both the lockdowns. For a fresher 2-3 yrs in this company is more than sufficient. One planning to join the company as a manager or above can plan retirement in this company.

Dislikes

Learning is very slow and less. American and European systems are not very much followed in the company. Only Japanese systems are followed.

They take safety as a 1st key performance indicators and care for every one .And salary is given at right time after 1 month every time

Dislikes

They are no special training for diploma or ITI candidate.They just think that only BE candidates are well mannered or do work well than diploma or ITI candidate.
