Initially the pay was below average. However over the period the management has realized the reason behind the attrition rate and upgraded the pay scale in line to multi national company standards. There is cab facility.

Dislikes

Work culture is not great since associates of different qualifications are not treated distinctly and if one believes that skill and competence should be rewarded distinctly and the one possessing it should be pulled up the organisation that is not what the management is looking at. Only working for Production or Process Engineering will help one develop competence in manufacturing.

One of the best company I have seen my carrier,safety first quality must this is the one if the major quote and n company all workers are follow 100% correctly & neatly...& the working place of toyota is free from unsafe condition & unsafe act...the thinking knowledge of workers is improved by kaizen,qcc,hiyari hato,kyt,4s...I have learn lot of information about how is there automobile company & they can give good food ...Toyota is main thinking about quality of product with safety of worker& working place....
