12 hrs rigorous working shift compulsory for all with shop floor temperature 60 degree in summers makes it a hell on planet. Plant environment is poisonous for humans

If you are capable to handle the work independently and everything is going in correct direction then its OK, but in case of any problem your life will be hell, especially those who are directly facing the customers, their life is a hell. No succession plan, no rule for growth no plan will be given from management side. If you are capable then all the responsibility is of yours, no team work is visible or promoted. Only heros are appreciated. Upper management is not qualified enough to make a proper business plan, quarterly targets or anything, everything from top to bottom has to be done by HODs. Middle management team is completely useless but close aides for the promotors, they run a gang. The gang members are allowed to work in peace and even if they don't work it is completely fine. Their major KRA is to keep supplying the necessary info to middle management and transfer all the blames to the performing doers. Middle management even does'nt care to motivate the doers. HR is there only to mark attendance and keep the compliance officers happy. All of a sudden rules changes and many times they happen without prior info.
