Still not finding any good during working at TOYO Engineering. Very worst working culture and staff.

Dislikes

Toxic working culture. Cooperation between staff and seniors not good. Facilities is very poor only salary credited nothing else. During recruitment time HR motivated the staff for join but at real all facilities not given at site very fraud commitment.

Company has vast experience in oil and gas, fertilizer, petrochemical field EPC projects. Internal process are robust and leaves very small room for mistakes. Past projects experience is being utilised for current projects. The work culture is balanced. Not too much freedom and not too much restrictions as well. Toyo is a good company for freshers for their technical growth. Also yearly increment is in range of 15 to 25 percent for senior engineers and below.

Dislikes

...t leads. Some leads unnecessarily ask you to work late hours and on Saturdays. Bonus is on lower side.

...eams are always supportive and provide opportunities to grow and develop skills. Good Salary Package, Salary on time, Time to time appraisal & bonus. Additional Training for skill development, Very good working culture with good working team, Learning Opportunities.

Colleagues (not management) are helpful. There's a fair amount of job security. Lunch break. Canteen food has become better. Nearby Railway station

...me data is shared in 10 different formats just to please the parent company. 9) Salary is below par of market range. 10) There is no scope of learning new things.. Approach of the company has degraded drastically. 11) There are no discussion for expansion of the organization and entering different fields. 12) Bring your own fan or cooling devices are AC are only for displays during the day time and will be closed at 5 pm.

Company hide many things from employee about salary in offer letter and will get surprised after joining, which is TOYO scam. 1.They never pay you LTA which is your CTC component if you left company. Normally it should be on pro rata basis which they hiide from you during joining. 2.Toyo scam 2 is bonus/ ex-gratia - if you left the company as per their policy they will not pay you this account which is a part of CTC. 3. Bus service - they changed you for bus service as per your grade. 4. Scam 4, Superannuation they will not deposit the superannuation money in your lic policy and if you left before 5 ys all money goes there pocket. So take care all these above points before joining Toyo india, management trap employees with these hidden norms.
